中设在线竞价专场：线上竞价方式，可直接在线上或电话授权参与竞拍
1.中设拍卖专场拍品均由藏友自行提供，经过藏品所属藏友明确，保证商品的合法性，在包含但不限于预展信息、标题、详情等拍品描述信息中，对拍品的基本属性、成色、瑕疵等需说明的信息进行真实、完整的描述。您在出价前仍要仔细鉴别确认，如有问题可咨询中设在线客服。
2.中设拍按照拍品单独交纳保证金，系统会自动判断当前保证金余额是否足够参拍本件拍品，如需参拍多件拍品需在保证金交纳页面交纳足够金额。
3.请联系平台客服授权后进行出价，出价前请确认您的保证金余额是否能够参与拍品竞拍，并完善个人资料。
4.出价领先时不可继续出价。
5.出价后不可撤回
6.若竞拍结束前2分钟内有买家出价，则该拍品竞拍结束时间自动延时5分钟。
7.竞拍结束时，高出价大于等于保留价时中拍。竞拍结束后，参拍未中拍的买家所冻结的保证金立即全额退回。中拍买家在支付货款后，该件拍品冻结的保证金将全额退回。
8.专场声明可退换货时，且货物不影响商家二次销售的情况下，买家可在卖家发货之日起10个自然日内提出退款退货申请。确认收货后，不再提供退换货服务。发生退款退货时，运费由提出退款退货方承担。
9.在付款后7个工作日内，由拍品所属机构发货。收到货后，请确认收货，否则将于发货后10天自动确认收货。如未收到货请及时联系中设平台客服核实。
10.如果邮寄中标商品，签收快件时，请务必当面验货，若快递员拒绝验货或者您验货时发现实物图片不一致、有损时，请拒绝签收并退货，否则不予退货。
11.当您成功竞拍到某一拍品时，请于72小时内付款或者联系中设平台客服沟通付款方式，若无正当理由不付款，将扣除该件拍品的保证金赔付给送拍机构。
12.如若退款退货产生纠纷，可申请中设平台官方介入。
1.保证金的交纳
保证金是竞拍人获取竞拍资格的凭证，如竞拍人有意参加相关拍品竞拍活动，需要交纳一定数额的款项作为参拍保证金；保证金在线支付遇到问题时，可使用线下银行转账方式进行支付，转账手续费买家自理。
2.保证金的退回
专场竞拍结束后，在符合以下条件时，买家可申请退回保证金：
1）因中设在线平台或送拍机构不可抗力因素导致专场下线或拍品撤拍。
2）未成功竞拍到拍品：例如在竞拍过程中始终未出价、在竞拍过程中放弃加价等情况。
3）竞拍成功后并在规定时间内完成付款。
4）竞拍成功后，非买家因素导致取消订单。
买家提交退款申请后，中设平台工作人员核实无误，将在3-7个工作日完成退款，首选原路退回方式，若无法原路退回，将转账到您选择的收款账户中。具体到账时间以银行转账时间为准。请核实个人资料中真实姓名、手机号填写无误。如遇问题请随时咨询中设平台在线客服。
3.保证金的扣除
买家竞拍成功逾期不付款或买家原因取消订单，由客服判断是否违规并按照相关规则扣除保证金。

2. The new era online auction will pay the deposit separately according to the auction products, and the system will automatically judge whether the current deposit balance is enough to participate in the auction of this auction product. If you need to participate in the auction of multiple auction products, you need to pay a sufficient amount on the deposit payment page.
3. Please contact the platform customer service for authorization to bid. Before bidding, please confirm whether your deposit balance can participate in the auction and improve your personal data.
4. When the bid is ahead, you can't continue to bid.
5. The bid is irrevocable
6. If a buyer bids within 2 minutes before the end of the auction, the auction end time of the auction will be automatically delayed by 5 minutes.
7. At the end of the auction, the highest bid is greater than or equal to the reserve price. After the auction, the deposit frozen by the buyers who failed to win the auction will be returned in full immediately. After the buyer pays the payment, the frozen deposit of the auction will be returned in full.
8. When the special announcement is that the goods can be returned and exchanged, and the goods do not affect the merchant's secondary sales, the buyer can apply for refund and return within 10 natural days from the date of shipment by the seller. After the receipt is confirmed, the return and exchange service is no longer provided. In case of refund and return, the freight shall be borne by the party proposing the refund and return.
9. Within 7 working days after payment, the organization to which the auction belongs shall deliver the goods. After receiving the goods, please confirm the receipt, otherwise the receipt will be automatically confirmed 10 days after delivery. If you do not receive the goods, please contact the customer service of new era platform for verification.
10. If you mail the bid winning goods and sign for the express, please check the goods face-to-face. If the courier refuses to check the goods or you find that the physical pictures are inconsistent and damaged during the inspection, please refuse to sign for and return the goods, otherwise you will not return the goods.
11. When you successfully bid for a piece of auction, please pay within 72 hours or contact the customer service of the new era platform to communicate the payment method. If you do not pay without justified reasons, the deposit deducted from the piece of auction will be paid to the sending institution.
12. If there is a dispute over refund and return, you can apply for the official intervention of the new era platform.

The deposit is the certificate for the bidder to obtain the bidding qualification. If the Bidder intends to participate in the bidding activities of relevant auction products, it needs to pay a certain amount of money as the bidding deposit; In case of problems in online payment of deposit, offline bank transfer can be used for payment, and the transfer handling fee shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Return of security deposit
After the special auction, the buyer can apply for the return of the deposit when the following conditions are met:
1) Special offline or auction withdrawal due to force majeure of new era online platform or auction sending organization.
2) Unsuccessful auction: for example, no bid has been made during the bidding process, and the price increase has been abandoned during the bidding process.
3) After successful bidding, the payment shall be completed within the specified time.
4) After the auction is successful, the order will be cancelled due to non buyer factors.
After the buyer submits the refund application, the staff of the new era platform will verify that it is correct and complete the refund within 3-7 working days. The original return method is preferred. If it cannot be returned in the original way, it will be transferred to the collection account you choose. The specific arrival time shall be subject to the bank transfer time. Please verify that your real name and mobile phone number in your personal data are correct. 3. Deduction of security deposit
If the buyer fails to pay within the time limit or cancels the order due to the buyer's reason, the customer service shall judge whether it violates the rules and deduct the deposit according to relevant rules.
